Canadian Snooker Pioneer Passes – RIP Bruce Olson

Bruce Olson, passes away.

An accomplished player, Bruce competed for many years in the Lower Mainland Senior Snooker League. He played on many winning Langley teams as well as winning several individual and doubles titles.

He had a true passion for the game. Whether it was promoting the BC Senior Games & the Senior Snooker League, liaising with Snooker Canada or just competing, Bruce was always looking for opportunities to further the game of snooker. He was a true ambassador for the game.

Bruce loved to circulate humorous anecdotes & jokes. He loved Canada and never shied from sharing his perspectives on politics.

He will be sorely missed.
