To promote snooker through competition and education at all levels in Canada.

To develop snooker through various programs including:

• A Junior Program
• A Referee Program
• A Coaching  Program
• Enforce a drug policy among all athletes.
• Help establish a snooker academy in each province.
• Have an annual meeting to discuss past present and future policies and strive to improve them on a consistent basis.
• Establish relations with international federations within the sport.
• Establish relations with international committees of multi-sport events.
