Time For Change

Snooker Landscape in Canada Changing Again

The last 10 years has seen an increase in snooker activity in Canada.

Referees have been trained and certified.

Snooker Coaches have also been trained and certified.

Table mechanics has been learning and practicing their new craft.

…and so on and so forth as with anything that comes with growth.

…but who could have predicted a pandemic that would keep us all indoors, while businesses continue to stay closed.  Only the privilged few have a snooker table that they have access to during these difficult times.

We wish we could predict what the future holds, but unfortunately, this is not the case.

What we can say, however, is that we at Snooker Canada are keeping our ears close to the ground and will adapt to whatever situation is given to us.

The game of snooker has tremendous history here, and we will push forward in creating more history for many more yeas to come.

As the situation changes, we will keep you informed every step of the way.

In the mean time, stay safe everyone and let us look forward to when we can get back on the green baize soon.
