Snooker players from different parts of the world are practicing for an up and coming  snooker event, and for the first time in quite some time, that event will be played in Canada.

Brasil, Belgium, USA, Israel, add a bus load of Quebecers coming and sprinkle a little bit of the rest of the country and things are starting to sizzle for the $20 000 Richler Cup.

Inquiries have also come in from England, China, and Egypt, but unfortunately, time would not allow these players to come this time around, perhaps next time?

It is quite refreshing to see action again here in Canada where once upon a time, we made a lot of noise both locally and internationally. Keep it going!!!
