A new event has been added to the calendar, and is sure to create a bit of a buzz around the country.

The Canadian Snooker Shootout is a new tournament that will feature a faster form of snooker for those that enjoy a different pace.

The frames will last 10 minutes with each player having 20 seconds to take each shot.
