New Director of Player Development Announced

It is with great pleasure to announce that a new Director of Player Development has been designated this week.

With over 50 years experience in the game, Lou Fiori has seen and accomplished a wide variety of things surrounding the game of snooker.

Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Mr. Fiori has traveled to various parts of the country to compete over the years.

Some of his accomplishments include scoring a perfect game on 2 separate occasions and winning the Alain Robidoux invitational.

His genuine approach when guiding individuals to improve their snooker techniques shows, and countless players have benefited from this over the years.

In staying consistent with our values, we continue to work exclusively with people that have a true passion for the game and are looking to develop it in Canada for generations to come.

“This is truly a great honor” says Snooker Canada President, Patrick Guigui.  “When I was a teenager, I witnessed one of those maximums that Mr. Fiori accomplished.  It is something that I will never forget.  I think it is paramount for students of the game to seek credibility from instructors in order to genuinely believe in what they are learning.  This is what Lou Fiori brings to the table, and it will show in the projects that we have in the pipeline for years to come.  Quite exciting actually”.
