Sun and Wadden win their respective divisions in the CSL – Fall Session

A great session of Snooker was held this fall.  In the novice division there was no clear winner emerging from the regular season, so the playoffs were tough to call.  Kevin Wadden was victorious over Ahmad Nuri in a marathon match that went the distance.  It came down to the last few balls in the last frame, and Wadden settled his nerves to become the champion of the Novice division.

Top 147 owner Jonathan Sun was in tough with Peter Singh in the championship match.  Another great match that went to a decider.  Locked at 2-2, Singh and Sun went into the final frame as both wanting to become champion.  A nail biter affair as Singh was able to get a lot of penalty points off of Sun, but with perseverance Jonathan Sun took the final frame 85-84, and made him the Open division champion.

Thank you to all the players that came out and played.  The winter session is underway and we will see in April who will be the champion of the CSL – Winter Session Open division.
