BC Snooker Results

Alvin Chan and Gary Wallace won their respective divisions in the fall session of the CSL.

A great session that saw a nice mix of new players and players that have been at the game for a long time.

Alvin Chan put in an impressive performance.  He didn’t lose a frame in the entire session and had a break of 102 in one of his matches.  Alvin, who won the first BC Open qualifier in September, is looking to be a big favourite when the BC Open goes down in March.

Gary Wallace was able to beat out Rajbir Singh in the final, 3-1, to collect the trophy.  Gary who has been trying hard to get a spot in the BC Open and has come just short in previous qualfiers.  He will try hard in the final qualifier on Jan. 13, 2024 to book a spot in the Open.

On that note, you don’t have to win a qualifier to get into the BC Open, you can still pay your way in.  However if you are to win a qualifying event you will get a place in the knockout round and will not have to play in the round robin leading up to the final 16.

Thanks to all the clubs that help out during this session of the CSL to make the league a success.
