We are back from the summer break and the action on the table is a great as ever.  Mehran Maneshgar weathers a long day to book his ticket to this year’s BC Open.  It was a tense match that went all the way to a decider and Maneshgar was victorious over his opponent Terry Tao, 3-2.  Both finalists were in tough as they went to deciders in their semi final matches with Mehran fending off Gary Wallace and Terry dispatching of Alan Ima.  Great to see some really competitive and gripping matches all day long.  Well done everyone!!!  It was great seeing some old and new faces in the room.

 

One note as we are continuing to create a snooker culture out here.  We put in a lot of hard work to create rules and regulations for these tournaments.  I cannot see everything all the time, but I would appreciate it if player’s followed the rules.  I am not naming anyone but I will firm up on my end and if anyone is found breaking the rules, action will be taken.  So please read the rules and regulations and if you have any questions feel free to let me know.  Let’s all work together to create a wonderful snooker community.
